We provide free standard shipping throughout the United States.

We primarily ship through USPS and FEDEX. However, we reserve the right to use alternative shipping carriers at our discretion.

We ship throughout the entire United states.

We are not responsible for information which has been entered incorrectly at checkout. If you incorrectly enter your address but do not contact us before your order has shipped to correct your information, there will be an additional waiting period as well as an additional shipping charge for the new shipment.

We provide free shipping to customers on orders placed on our website.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We do not support international shipping at this time. International shipping costs are costly and determined by weight. We apologize for any inconvenience.

ORDER FULFILLMENT

Please allow 2-5 business days for processing of your online order. We strive to ship your order as quickly as possible. However, we are unable to guarantee shipping date estimates or promise a product will be received by you within a specific time frame.

You may request an order cancellation as long as the order has not yet begun processing for shipment. Once an order has been moved into processing or has been marked as shipped, it is not able to be cancelled and will need to be returned upon delivery for refund.

If you have a question regarding the status of your order, please reference the order ID provided in your confirmation email and reach out to us at sales@optimal-petcare.com please allow 48 business hours to receive a response to your inquiry. In the case of an order issue (order not delivered, missing items, etc.) , please allow 48 business hours from confirmation of a request being submitted on your behalf to receive a resolution.

PAYMENT

Payment is to be done on our website, at checkout.

We do not provide cash on delivery.
